What we do with your details.

The short version: we use them to reply to you, and that's it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, phone if you give it, your business details and your answers about the project.

Why

To reply to you and price your project. Nothing else.

Who sees it

David and Rachel. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to any mailing list.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for two years, then they're deleted. Records for work we've done for six years, because HMRC requires it.

Cookies

None for tracking or advertising. If you start the enquiry form and don't finish, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can pick it up again. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Your rights

Email info@thedigitalfoundryessex.com and we'll send you everything we hold on you, or delete it, within 30 days.
